Other than beds and dining tables, most of our larger furniture pieces come fully assembled. If you live in a building it would be brought into the lobby and no further. Meaning the delivery persons do not enter the home or assemble the furniture. Please note STANDARD DELIVERY IS DOOR STEP ONLY. Some of our larger items are considered oversize and may be shipped with a freight carrier. Please Note: Custom and made to order items are not eligible for cancellation after 48hrs. Processing fees from Shopify (after 48 are non-refundable). A cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed the order. Once an order is created, it is sent to the manufacturer.
